Tiffany is a native of Shreveport, Louisiana. She initially wanted to pursue a career as a physician but fell in love with the compassion of bedside nursing. Tiffany graduated in 2005 from the University of Louisiana – Monroe with a Bachelor of Science degree in nursing. During her undergraduate studies she was a three-time recipient of the “Spirit of Nursing” award, an award voted on by her peers. After gaining valuable experience in Stepdown/Critical Care, Medical-Surgical, and High Risk Perinatal units, Tiffany pursued a Master of Science degree in nursing. She graduated from McNeese State University as a nurse practitioner in 2012 and has practiced in community health clinics since that time.
Her medical interests are diabetes, hypertension, and women’s health issues.
In her spare time, Tiffany enjoys shopping, reading, teaching nursing students, serving as a Girl Scout troop leader and spending time with family and friends. She is a proud member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc., where she takes joy in giving back to her community. She has served on the National Council for State Boards of Nursing, conducting a session as a speaker at the Louisiana Association of Nurse Practitioners conference, and being a mentor to the future nurse practitioner students.
