WK Community Health & Wellness Center combines a primary care clinic with a wellness center – bringing services to a neighborhood that needed medical and fitness options in a convenient location.

Health Center

The health center features a qualified family practice physician and staff who offer primary care. The center offers a wide range of basic services for the family. Among them:

• Diagnosing and treating illnesses
• Care for chronic conditions like high blood pressure, diabetes and asthma
• Routine check-ups
• Screenings and health assessments
• Coordinating care with specialists
• Counseling about a healthy lifestyle
• Laboratory tests and x-ray

Wellness Center

Our wellness center was designed to encourage health and wellness for our neighbors. Qualified fitness experts from WK Fitness & Wellness Centers manage this specialized center and help members as they work on their fitness goals. Membership is $10 per month with the written order of a physician.
